- Visitor Policy: Visitors are permitted in guest rooms only until 8:00 PM (2000 hrs).
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. A penalty will apply for smoking in non-smoking rooms or areas.
- Quiet Hours: Please maintain low noise levels between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect the comfort of other guests.
- Pets: Pets are allowed. The guest shall be responsible for maintaining the safety and well-being of all individuals while accompanied by a pet.
- Damage Policy: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay.
- Prohibited Items: Weapons, hazardous materials, and illegal substances are strictly forbidden on the premises.
- Safety and Security: For your safety, please ensure your room door is locked when you leave or retire for the night. Report any suspicious activity to the front desk immediately.
- Lost and Found: The hotel is not liable for any loss of personal belongings. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.
- Room Occupancy: Room occupancy limits must be adhered to as per the booking. Extra guests must be registered at the front desk.
